Order online with complete confidence on our secure web site using your VISA or MASTERCARD. Or you may print a copy of our order form and fax it to us. And of course, you are always welcomed to send your order via snail mail. Note, orders sent with personal check will not ship until the check has cleared.

Our goal is to ship all orders as quickly as possible upon receipt. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are based on weight & distance from Seattle. The shipping charges noted during check out are estimated based on an average cost. We check the shipping cost for each order & update the order accordingly. We try to use the $4.60 flat rate envelope or $8.95 flat rate box whenever possible. Otherwise, it is the cost to mail based on the weight / distance. There are no "handling" charges - we are not trying to make money on shipping; just cover the cost!

If an order is particularly large, we will ship via UPS ground. In this case, we will contact you via email to confirm shipping charges and method.

International shipments are welcomed. We will ship via USPS International Priority Mail. The shipping rates begin at $11.00 and go up from there. We always try to squeeze as much product into the mailer as possible. And we never include shipping charges on the customs form! If you order is more than will fit in the Priority International rate envelope, we will email you with your shipping options.
